Used to when I worked at Pelita Air Service also handled passenger complain with quick action because my manager was fainting almost 15 minutes can not handle passenger complain. Well, I as one of Pelita Air Service employee and the other employee also push me to handled this situation so I handled passenger who complain by listening and understanding what they want and I negotiated with my big bos about they want it because I can not give all they need without proof by Pelita Air Service .Because I can handle passenger complain every day, my bos promoted me as Reservation Control at Head Office.
